A written report opening with its control block: report reference, report version, assessment date, assessment period, agreed scope and overall conclusion. Each finding is set out with the material it rests on, the assessment applied to it and its significance, followed by a source schedule recording every source used, when it was public and when it was accessed.
A report is an assessment as at its date. It should not be relied upon for a decision taken more than 90 days after issue without a further assessment, in accordance with Terms section 3.
Verify is commissioned by an organisation with a selection, governance or oversight responsibility in respect of the person assessed. It is available on that basis only. A person seeking an assessment of their own record should look at the Public Profile Readiness Review.
An organisation considering a prospective engagement with a counterparty, rather than an appointment or selection decision, should consider Pre-Engagement Due Diligence.
The scope is agreed at commissioning and recorded before substantive assessment begins. The standard assessment period is the five years ending on the assessment date. A longer period requires a specific reason, a defined start date and express agreement recorded in the commission scope.
Verify assesses what is publicly accessible within that scope and period. It is not a complete account of a person's digital history, and it does not guarantee that all relevant material will be found.
Publicly accessible material may include relevant social media, news and press sources, public records, publicly available official material, forums and other public sources within the agreed scope. Search results and discovery tools may identify leads; reportable findings rest on citable, reviewable evidence.
Verify does not involve contacting third parties to obtain information about the person assessed.
Integri does not use deception, false identities, pretexting, login credentials, private accounts, or technical measures intended to bypass privacy or access controls. Every assessment is conducted from publicly accessible sources using methods a member of the public could lawfully use.
Each finding is assessed for material relevance to the agreed role and scope, against defined evidential standards. Where a relevant external governance or legal framework genuinely applies, it is identified. Where none does, the report states a role specific assessment basis.
Findings are classified HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW. These classify the significance of a finding. They are not risk ratings, and they say nothing about the person as a whole.
Each report carries one overall conclusion.
No material reputational risk requiring client attention was identified within the agreed scope as at the assessment date. A CLEAR conclusion may sit alongside a LOW finding recorded for context. It is not a statement about the person, and not a guarantee that no relevant material exists or that none will later emerge.
One or more material findings require client consideration, clarification or contextual judgement before the organisation proceeds with its own decision.
One or more well supported findings present a serious material governance or reputational concern within the agreed scope.
No conclusion is a determination of suitability or fitness, and none tells an organisation to proceed, pause or stop.
The assessment works only from material that is already publicly accessible. Where clarification from the person assessed is appropriate, the commissioning organisation may seek it. Integri does not act as investigator or representative.
