The Public Profile Readiness Review is a confidential assessment of the publicly accessible information associated with you, conducted before you apply for or take up a position carrying greater responsibility, visibility or scrutiny.
When you move into a more senior or more public role, the information already available about you becomes relevant in a way it has not been before. Appointment panels, regulators, journalists and members of the public can all access it, and most people have never systematically looked at their own public record.
Not because there is something wrong. Most reviews find nothing of consequence. But going into a selection process without knowing what is there means someone else may see it first, and you may be asked about something you had forgotten publishing fifteen years ago.
The review is commissioned by individuals preparing for a material increase in responsibility, visibility or public scrutiny, including:
You commission the review yourself. It is your assessment, and the report is issued to you alone.
The same methodology used in Integri's institutional assessments, applied to publicly accessible sources only:
Findings are assessed against the Nolan Principles, the Equality Act 2010, and Integri's risk framework, and classified by significance.
Integri does not remove content, contact platforms, or act as your agent. The review tells you what is publicly available and how it is likely to be read. What you do with that is your decision.
A confidential written report setting out what was found, how each finding is likely to be interpreted, and where preparation may be useful. That may mean anticipating a question you are likely to be asked, recognising a position you have publicly held that you may be invited to explain, or identifying information that no longer reflects your current view.
Reports frequently identify practical matters with no conduct dimension at all: inconsistencies between a CV and a public profile, dormant accounts, or content belonging to someone who shares your name.
Individual reports return one of two conclusions.
The assessment identified nothing on the public record that is likely to require preparation before an appointment process.
The assessment identified material worth preparing for. It is not a judgement about you, and it does not mean anything is wrong. It means there is something on the public record you would rather know about than be surprised by.
Institutional assessments commissioned by an appointing body use three conclusions, because those reports advise a panel weighing a decision about someone else. Individual reports use two, because the purpose is different. You are not being assessed for suitability. You are finding out what is there.
The review is commissioned by you and issued to you. Integri does not disclose the existence of a review, or its findings, to any employer, appointing body, party, regulator or third party.
Assessments are conducted under a two-system separation model: your personal details are held in a secure intake system, and the assessment itself is conducted separately against a reference number only. The two systems are never co-located.
You contact Integri directly. Scope, sources and timeline are agreed before any work begins.
Publicly accessible sources are reviewed under Integri's documented methodology, against a reference number rather than your name.
Every report passes a ten point pre-issue checklist and is authorised by a human assessor before release.
Delivered securely, to you alone. No copy is provided to any third party.
Depending on the extent of the publicly accessible record. The report is a point-in-time assessment and reflects what was publicly available at the date of issue. Its value to you is understanding your own public profile, which remains useful across whatever you go on to apply for.
If you are preparing for an appointment, a selection process, or any role carrying greater public or professional scrutiny, a review can be commissioned directly and confidentially.
